The Residential Transaction Manager program allows for "DYNAMIC LINKING" of transaction participants. Each participant (ie. buyer, seller, lender, title company, other agents, inspector etc. ) would have their own contact record, and would be linked using the GROUPS / TRANSACTIONS database of Residential Transaction Manager. This method allows for the recycling of "Transaction Support Personnel" records in future transactions, without having to retype the information)

Our old program, Residential Specialist, (Also known as "TRS") was designed differently. In Residential Specialist, only buyers and sellers get their own record in the program. Transaction Support personnel (ie. buyer, seller, lender, title company, other agents, inspector etc.) are entered in the buyers or sellers contact record. For each new transaction, this information would need to be retyped. You are also limited to the personnel types that come with the program. Some customers prefer this method of data entry and management. The TRS Theme allows you to switch your RTM database to the TRS method of data entry. This layout theme is in beta testing.
