Missing Fields Error

Do you have a screen that looks like this?

 

As you can see in the picture above, there are several missing data fields in the "layout". On the top half,  the follow up note field, the spouse employer field, and  the best numbers to call are missing and then on the bottom, ALL of the fields are missing, except for the gray fields.

The reason this error occurs, is because you are most likely attempting to use your database with our layout.

As you can see, in the top left hand corner of the picture above, the database that is open is "MASTER2". In order to take full advantage of our special layout screen, you need to open the RTM database. The RTM database is specifically designed to work with our layout. 

To open the RTM database, please do the following:

1. Write down the user name and password for any database you have created on your computer.

2. Click FILE > OPEN

3. In the new box that appears, click on the top drop down menu, and SELECT YOUR C:\ DRIVE.

4. DOUBLE CLICK on the RTM folder.

5. DOUBLE CLICK on the RTM.DBF or the RTM file.

The program will then ask you for the user name and password. The user name and password are printed in the RTM install instructions. After entering your user name and password, you should see the following screen:

As you can see, the RTM database is now in use, and you can see that all of the fields appear as well!
